We are sure you will love Azah, but we understand that you may have different preferences. However, given that Azah is a hygiene product, we do not accept product returns.
Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
We always take sufficient care to ensure that your product is delivered to you without any damages. However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at care@azah.in and we will ship you a new pack without any additional charges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
